This game requires thinking and creativity to get through the levels, which become progressively more difficult (supposedly) as you go.
Each level consists of a secret word that you will have to figure out using the hints given in that level. The hints will be visible on the page in the form of a picture or text. Unlike the previous version I made a couple of years ago, there will be no hidden text, nothing in the source code to look for. It shouldn’t be as hard or abstract, relatively speaking.
After you deduce the secret word, you have to add it to the end of the current URL of the page, right after the last forward slash.
For example, if the webpage URL is http://pressroomprinting.com/pzagh/ and the secret word that you want to guess is ‘earth’, the URL should become http://pressroomprinting.com/pzagh/earth. If the word inserted is correct, you will be taken to the next level. If the answer is wrong, you will be brought to a page that tells you the answer is wrong. Just press back on your browser and try again.
Answers can be longer than a single word. The letters of the word(s) will always be in lower case, with no spaces or punctuation inbetween.
Whenever you find/think of a new word, try it out. If it’s not the answer, it might lead you to a page that contains another hint or it may simply assure you that you are on the right track.
Feel free to use google or any other tool to help you in your quest. Just don’t share answers/hints with each other.
Each level completed will be worth 1 point. If you are stumped, you can ask me for a hint by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Each hint will cost you ½ point. When requesting your hint, tell me what level you are on, and as much information about your thought process on the level so far and what you have already tried so I can tailor the hint specifically for you. There is no limit to the number of hints you can ask for on a level or in the game, but each one will cost you ½ point, which will be deducted from your final score (rounded down).
There are a total of 10 levels to complete. When you have finished, or have given up, send me your final URL. For example, if you reached the sixth level, your URL may look like:
